This large 4 bedroom new build home has achieved a full LABC Warranty.

The site originally contained a small bungalow, which had to be demolished and the site cleared before work on laying the new foundations could begin.

Five Oaks is a modern collection of 13 exclusive new apartments spread across two contemporary red brick and timber buildings in Knutsford, Cheshire. The project was a challenging undertaking which was successfully delivered complete with all interior fittings and external works fully finished.

The Urban team transformed and extended a faded detached home in Stockton Heath, Warrington into a modern four-bedroom prestige dwelling with open-plan living downstairs. The outstanding level of workmanship employed by Urban won a national award.
