Five Oaks is a modern collection of 13 exclusive new apartments spread across two contemporary red brick and timber buildings in Knutsford, Cheshire. Potential buyers can choose from a selection of one and two-bedroom styles with floor-to-ceiling windows, en suite bathrooms and open plan living, kitchen and dining areas.

Urban Homes were asked to complete this project after the original developer had gone in to administration, leaving the funders with a site partially developed and a catalogue of problems to put right.

Urban's involvement began at the stage when foundations were laid and limited building work had begun. The first task was to rectify a number of problems before any further building could take place. The project was a challenging undertaking which was successfully delivered complete with all interior fittings and external works fully finished. Inside the team installed bathrooms, kitchens and flooring and then moved outside to lay the car park, install fencing and landscape the green areas.
