This project features a loft conversion and a complete renovation of the existing

house, thoughtfully preserving its original charm and character. Key elements, such as the staircase replicated for the new second floor and the restored oak paneling and timber flooring, highlight the home’s heritage. A modern rear extension, adorned with feature glazing, seamlessly integrates with the original structure, creating a striking contrast between classic and contemporary design. The spa area underwent a complete refurbishment, encompassing the pool, gym, bathroom, and changing room. Modern updates include the installation of a comprehensive air conditioning system throughout the property and the creation of a bespoke wine cellar. Additional upgrades include a new-build garage, architectural glazing with elegant oriel windows, and contemporary timber cladding to the modernised sections of the house.
