An Urban Homes development which began with the purchase of a small derelict site in the Centre of Stockton Heath. Planning permission was subsequently obtained for a 3 bedroom detached house.

The Urban team managed all aspects of the work including; demolition of existing buildings, design, complete build, internal fittings and fixtures, external patio, driveway and disabled access ramp.

The project was completed within 8 months from start to finish and the property was sold prior to completion without the need for any marketing.  The new buyers were able to make their own choice of interior fittings, including kitchen, bathroom and flooring.
